*ahem*... Dear Titanic & crew, prepare to sink once more. The Dark Knight is being re-released on January 23rd, 2009 in regular & IMAX theaters. There was back & forth talk of it coming back into theaters for an Oscar push, and now a date has been set.
More importantly, the DVD comes out in 4 days... and I hope the supposed mask that comes with the movie @ Best Buy is a legit clown mask, and not some mini-replica.
with that being said, I get the feeling I will have seen this movie at least 20 times before it returns to theaters... and several more times in IMAX / AMC 24
oh, and the DVD is definitely coming with me on the holiday cruise to Jamaica / the Bahamas in 11 days. let there be clown-related chaos upon the Royal Caribbean =) (just as long as the re-sinking of the Titanic isn't brought to life during this oceanic adventure........ lol)

titanic didnt have to re release in theaters to get the number one spot of most grossed movie in theaters alll time!!!!!!!!!

true, but it didn't need to be re-released because they kept it in theaters WAAAAAY too long. even overseas, it was in theaters for almost a year.. if not more. bravo, obsessive house-wives and your crazed daughters following suit.
I can't wait to buy this movie. I didn't know about the mask at Best Buy.
